Register to Be a Marrow/Blood Cell Donor

Take the first step—complete a consent form and provide a tissue sample using a mouth swab. Once you have registered, you will remain on a National Registry until your 61st birthday and there will be no need to re-register. Please keep your contact and health information updated.

Host a Donor Drive

Hope for patients increases as more donors join the registry. Your organization can help by coordinating a marrow donor recruitment drive. If you or your organization would like to host a drive, here's how.

Tell Others About the Need for Donors

Many in the community are still unaware of the critical need for marrow/blood cell donors. Raise awareness by encouraging others to register as donors.

Make a Tax-Deductible Contribution

Your tax-deductible contribution will go directly towards keeping patients' hopes alive and making their dreams a reality. Make an online donation to A3M today.

"I registered because I received an email that was circulating and asking people to register for Alan Ko, a research professor at Stanford. Few years later, I received a call from the donor center informing me that I was a match. I asked the person what kind of match. She said "a marrow match." I felt as if I had won the lotto.
